About MeVeronica Greydak was born in New Jersey and started dancing at the age of three. She was accepted into the Academy for Performing Arts Dance (APA) at the Morris County School of Technology, trained at the New Jersey School of Ballet, and attended the New Jersey Dance Theater Ensemble summer intensive under a scholarship. Veronica performed in the New Jersey Ballet Company’s The Nutcracker and INKUBATE®️ Dance Festival. She performed and choreographed in APA’s Backstage is Onstage and May Dance concerts and student directed the musical Tuck Everlasting, which was recommended for Outstanding Choreography for Papermill Playhouse Rising Star Awards. Veronica's choreography was accepted to the Dance Up! Influencers of the Future concert at the 92Y Buttenwieser Hall in New York City. Her favorite creative project was her independent ballet film Losing Earth, which won Best Experimental Short at Saul Zaentz High School Film Festival.
Post high school, Veronica became a studio administrator at the American Ballet Theatre JKO School and helped teach children ballet classes for three years. Veronica is an ABT® Certified Teacher, who has successfully completed the ABT® Teacher Training Intensive in Pre-Primary through Level 3 of the ABT® National Training Curriculum. She completed the year long DANCER STRONG™ Program by Align Fitness by Allie, where she learned cross-training techniques for dancers. Veronica also continued her dance training and taught ballet, tap, jazz, and contemporary classes at The Studio at Hoboken. Veronica is currently on the faculty of The Axis School of Dance and will be teaching in the Fall 2023. Veronica is a New York City based artist and excited to continue dancing, performing, and teaching while obtaining a degree in Global Business at Fordham University. |
